Landscape & Nature Photographer based in Germany
I’m a fine art photographer based in Germany, drawn to quiet moments in nature. Working mainly in black and white, I explore the interplay of light, structure, and stillness — whether in vast glacial landscapes or the delicate lines of a single plant. My long-term project Lights, Shadows, and Glaciers captures the raw, changing beauty of the Swiss Alps. These images are about presence and simplicity — where clouds, ice, and silence meet. In contrast, my Botanical Studies series focuses on the small and often overlooked. Influenced by early scientific illustration, I photograph plant forms in a minimalist style that celebrates detail, fragility, and form.I print my work using archival pigment inks on museum-quality Hahnemühle PhotoRag paper, often in limited editions. My photographs have been featured in SCHWARZWEISS Magazin, in BLACK+WHITE PHOTOGRAPHY Magazine and shown in exhibitions both solo and group. At the heart of my work is a simple idea: to slow down, look closely, and enjoy the little things.
